In our first foray in roasting a Natural process coffee, we knew there was only one producer; Luis Balladarez that we felt comfortable in collaborating with for this limited time offering.
After the incredible reception received from The Gift Honey & Washed it only felt right to feature one of Luis’ Natural micro lots from his heavenly Estate “Un Regalo”.
Our confidence in showcasing this exceptional micro lot has been made easier after successive trips to his estates and processing facilities where the meticulous attention to detail is in full display. This particular coffee spends 35 days drying and this results in a rich and robust cornucopia of flavours that we hope will make the experience memorable. The sweet and complex notes of Vanilla and Apricot are sublimely and delicately layered in harmony with the soft acidity released by the roast profile.
As our journey in the world of coffee continues to evolve, it is coffee’s like this that enlightens us and reveals the boundless possibilities of coffee cultivation, and the uniqueness that can be discovered and explored in the sphere of specialty coffee.
It is with our utmost sense of pride and passion that we share this new offering of The Gift- a coffee estate that we’ve held with much esteem for a very long time. This Micro Lot is not to be missed and is to be shared with those coffee aficionado’s in your life, who are always willing to try the unconventional.
Delivery Terms and Policies:
Delivery of Cultura Café is only available in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas (50km radius). Delivery days take place every Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. On Fridays that fall on a statutory holiday, deliveries will be completed on the following Tuesday.
Deadline for weekly orders to be received and processed are on Wednesdays of every week-any orders received later during the week will be delivered for the following Friday of the upcoming week.All deliveries outside of KW (50 km radius) are subject to a flat delivery fee that will be indicated on the checkout page.
Deliveries can be expected within 3 business days locally and within 5 business days if shipped outside our region.

Return and Exchange Policies:
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will reimburse you a full refund to be credited back to your credit card.
