Juan Ramon diaz

The latest collaborator that we’ve partnered up with is Juan Ramon Diaz and his family. They run and manage the beautiful estate known as “Montelin”. This has been a passion project for over two decades now, one that has demanded the families’ utmost commitment and ingenuity throughout the years, especially in the last couple of since the Covid Pandemic began in 2020.

Juan’s resolute and confident nature of Juan immediately left an indelible impression on us, since we were introduced remotely via Zoom. Seeing their enthusiasm in giving us a digital tour of their estate brought a feeling of warmth and connection to the impressive work being done on the farm, as well as the processing facility.

We are excited to share this inaugural offering of their H1 coffee varietal. You can expect a full-bodied and caramelly coffee with light notes of dark cherries that will instantly become a favourite and part of your daily routine.

SAN RAMON

Donald Roque

Up in the wondrous and majestic mountain tops of the Dipilto Region in Northern Nicaragua- lies the serene and awe-astounding estate known as San Ramon. Its caretaker and owner is Donald Roque whose commitment and care to this coffee fields is notable in every batch roast that we do.

The splendid and rich flavours of San Ramon is representative of the unique environment where these coffee lots are grown and harvested. The meticulous detail and thorough level of responsibility that Donald takes for his estate is something we are always in awe of as- each passing year, we notice gradual improvements on the overall profile. Suffice to say, with Donald at the helm, we are beyond confident in the finished product that is there for your enjoyment.
