Billing:

By starting your Cultura Cafe subscription, you are agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a recurring fee at the then current product rate plus any applicable tax. By ordering a single one time shipment, no future orders will be scheduled, or charges incurred. Payment methods are stored at your Customer Account , and you can update your payment method in your account at anytime.

Payment:

If you want to change your method of payment, simply click on your account settings to edit, change or update. If your method of payment reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your payment information or cancel your account, your subscription will cease to be active and no additional deliveries will be issued to your account. Cultura Cafe will continue in effect until you cancel or me terminate your subscription membership.

Subscriptions:

Continuous subscriptions: when you register for a coffee subscription, it is acknowledged that you agree to: (a) Cultura Café is authorized to charge you on a recurring basis for your coffee subscription for as long as subscription continues, and (b) your coffee subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we stop providing access to the sites or products in accordance with these terms.

Changes to subscription: To make any changes to your account simply login to your account and update any of the following information:

• Address

• Items in subscription

• Cancelling subscription

Subscription cancellation: You may cancel your coffee subscription at any time by logging in to your account and following the cancellation procedures. Your cancellation will be effective immediately but you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next recurring payment date. You are responsible for all coffee subscription charges incurred before the effective date of your cancellation.

Delivery Terms and Policies:

Delivery of Cultura Café is only available in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas (50km radius). Delivery days  take place every Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. On Fridays that fall on a statutory holiday, deliveries will be completed on the following Tuesday.

Deadline for weekly orders to be received and processed are on Wednesdays of every week-any orders received later during the week will be delivered for the following Friday of the upcoming week.

Return and Exchange Policies:

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will reimburse you a full refund to be credited back to your credit card.

Communications:

By starting your Cultura Cafe subscription you agree to receive all communications, including but not limited to invoices, receipts and notices of changes in service electronically via the email address you provide.
