Delivery Terms and Policies:

• Delivery of Cultura Café is only available in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas (50km radius). Delivery days  take place every Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. On Fridays that fall on a statutory holiday, deliveries will be completed on the following Tuesday.
  Deadline for weekly orders to be received and processed are on Wednesdays of every week-any orders received later during the week will be delivered for the following Friday of the upcoming week.

Return and Exchange Policies:

• When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will reimburse you a full refund to be credited back to your credit card.

Communications:

• By starting your Cultura Cafe subscription you agree to receive all communications, including but not limited to invoices, receipts and notices of changes in service electronically via the email address you provide.
