In our first foray in roasting a Natural process coffee, we knew there was only one producer; Luis Balladarez that we felt comfortable in collaborating with for this limited time offering.

After the incredible reception received from The Gift Honey & Washed it only felt right to feature one of Luis’ Natural micro lots from his heavenly Estate “Un Regalo”.

Our confidence in showcasing this exceptional micro lot has been made easier after successive trips to his estates and processing facilities where the meticulous attention to detail is in full display. This particular coffee spends 35 days drying and this results in a rich and robust cornucopia of flavours that we hope will make the experience memorable. The sweet and complex notes of Vanilla and Apricot are sublimely and delicately layered in harmony with the soft acidity released by the roast profile.
